I experienced my first significant losing session last night since April 21 when I lost 4 buyins at 50nl. (-$218.25). I lost $220.90 last night in 72 minutes mainly from making two loose calls. The operative word is call, where I should only be all-in in these situations if I am the one moving in instead of calling. My equity in the hand did not justify the calls, just very poor play on my part.
We can't always play perfect and I did have an opportunity to win the hands, just not enough to to make it a +EV long-term. I'll get back later and discuss the hands. I did make one great fold, and actually checked the flop to lose the absolute minimum possible.
